About Taylor

Taylor moved to Wilmington, NC from Virginia with her husband Harrison and German shepherd Jäger during the summer of 2019 after she graduated from Radford University with her Masters degree in Counselor Education.

Taylor is a 200 hour RYT and a high school counselor. She discovered yoga in her early years of college. She loved the benefits of the physical practice, but also found that the combination of breath work and mindful movement helped her cope with the daily stressors and feelings in life. She felt led to learn more about the yoga lifestyle and share the many benefits with others.

Taylor’s goal is to provide a safe space for everyone to flow freely, release unwanted tension (physical and emotional), connect with their body and mind, and feel part of an uplifting community.
